Refund Policy
Last updated October 15, 2026
Orbivo sells credits, through subscription plans and one-time credit packs, that pay for AI generation. Every generation spends real computing costs the moment it runs, so all payments are final and we do not give cash refunds, except where this policy or the law says otherwise.
Payments are final
Subscription charges, plan upgrades and credit packs are not refundable, in whole or in part, including for unused credits or for the unused part of a billing period.
Credits come back when a file is not made
If a generation fails, or you stop a run before its files are made, the credits for the files that were not made return to your balance automatically. Credits do not expire while your account is open, so a balance you do not use stays available.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel a subscription at any time from the Billing page. It stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew after that. The credits you already have stay in your workspace.
Changing plans
A move to a higher plan is charged at once, prorated for the rest of the current period, and adds the matching share of extra credits. A move to a lower plan starts at the next period, with no charge or credit for the current one.
Billing mistakes
If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or charged after a cancellation took effect, write to contact@orbivo.net within 30 days of the charge. We will correct it, including by refunding the amount charged in error. Please write to us before you dispute a charge with your bank; we can usually solve it faster.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits a refund or withdrawal right that the consumer law of your country gives you and does not allow to be waived. When you buy credits you ask us to make them available at once, and you accept that a right of withdrawal for digital content ends once the credits are used, where the law provides for this.
